1. Revision Policy
SolvePeek offers revisions based on the package you select. We provide unlimited free revisions, as long as the original design concept remains unchanged. Each revision request is processed within 48 hours. Any change in concept will be considered a new project and may incur additional charges.

2. Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee
Refunds are only applicable under the following terms:
A full refund (minus 10% processing fee) is applicable if requested before the delivery of the initial concept.
A 66% refund (minus 10% fee) is allowed if requested within 48 hours of the first concept delivery.
A 33% refund (minus 10% fee) is allowed if requested between 48–120 hours after first delivery.
No refunds will be issued after 120 hours of initial concept delivery, unless the client presents valid concerns based on the original design brief.
Refunds are not granted if:
Final files have been delivered
No activity is recorded on the order for 30+ days
Project cancellation is due to client inactivity or violation of these terms
Custom packages or combination services follow the same refund rules as individual services.
No refunds are available for:
Web projects after approval of initial design
Animation projects after storyboard approval
Domain, hosting, or email server packages
All refund requests must be submitted to Hello@solvepeek.comor through live chat/support. Once a refund is processed, all design rights revert to SolvePeek and the client cannot use any version of the delivered work.

3. Quality Assurance Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality, original, and professional designs based on the details you provide. Our creative team ensures thorough research and attention to detail for each project.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will continue revising the design (within the original scope) until you are completely satisfied.

5. Domain & Hosting
If your selected package includes website design, domain and hosting services may be provided free of charge.
Each email account includes 10 MB of storage.
Third-party email client configuration (e.g., Outlook) is supported.
Email services are only provided with hosting; we do not support email setup for externally hosted domains.
No refunds are provided for domain, hosting, or email services.

6. Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver initial concepts within 5–7 business days from the order date.
Fast-track delivery (within 48 hours) is available at an additional fee.
Delivery is confirmed via email and the client portal. Revision and refund timelines begin once the design is delivered.

7. Record Maintenance
After final files are delivered, we keep a record of your design for future reference. If you need the files again, just contact us.

9. Communication Policy
SolvePeek is not liable for communications made from unofficial channels (i.e., email addresses that do not match our domain). We only take responsibility for communication conducted via:

10. Access to Services
You may be required to provide accurate personal and business information to access our services. If the information is found to be incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access.

11. 100% Unique Design Guarantee
All our designs are created from scratch. We guarantee that your project will be original and tailored to your needs. In case of significant similarity with any existing work, we will revise it accordingly.

12. Exclusions & Third-Party Integrations
We assist with standard third-party integrations (such as APIs or plugins), but we do not assume responsibility for the performance or business dealings of those third parties. Any extended integration or complex setup may require additional fees under a separate agreement.

13. Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required by law or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a legal proceeding.

14. Modifications to Terms
SolvePeek reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be posted on our website, and, where appropriate, notified via email.
